One request can organize several tasks.
One new assisted Capture organization or Make Smaller request counts as one assisted action. A single brain dump can produce several editable task drafts and still count as one. Retrying the same failed request with the same request ID does not use another action. Manual task creation, editing, search, the Now recommendation, focus sessions, and reminders do not consume assisted actions.
Monthly limits reset on a UTC calendar month.
Free includes 10 assisted actions per UTC calendar month. Pro includes 150 total—not 150 plus the Free allowance. Upgrading increases the same month’s total limit without erasing actions already used. Annual subscribers receive the same 150-action monthly limit as monthly subscribers.
Subscription terms
FirstNudge Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews for the selected monthly or annual period unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling normally leaves Pro available through the end of the current paid period. Deleting FirstNudge does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Is there a FirstNudge free trial?
No free trial is currently offered. You can use FirstNudge Free without starting a subscription.
Does the annual plan provide more assisted actions?
No. Both monthly and annual Pro subscriptions include 150 assisted actions per UTC calendar month.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Assisted Capture organization and new Make Smaller requests pause until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade from Free to Pro. Your saved tasks and the manual workflow remain available.
Does reinstalling the app reset the limit?
No. Reinstalling FirstNudge or restoring a subscription is not intended to create a new assisted-action allowance.
Can I restore Pro on another iPhone?
Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. A valid subscription can be restored without deleting your local tasks.
Use the free workflow for as long as it fits.
Upgrade when calendar-aware planning, reusable routines, and a larger assisted-action allowance would make FirstNudge more useful to you.
